A crucial element of working on the flagship Grade II* Listed store location for Azuza coffee shop was the extensive consultation required with Landlord, local planning authority and English Heritage representatives, prior to and following submission of Listed Building applications.  The proposals were agreed to cover integration of servery counters, fixtures and back of house catering equipment into the existing building fabric.  New external signage and branding positions were also sympathetically designed to blend with the historic context of the site.
