We assisted in the development, delivery and realisation of the first two Camile Thai openings in 2010/2011, having been appointed on the basis of a previous good working relationship on other brands with the Camile team.  Since these early days the concept has moved forward to being market leading in Ireland and is eyeing further expansion in London and beyond.  We have continued to provide design services as part of a broader project team to assist in the continuing rapid expansion, our most recent project opening in Winchester in late 2023.

Camile place a heavy emphasis on upholding a sustainable, health based community minded ethos and continue to promote development of sustainable operations and use of locally sourced produce.  The Camile format can incorporate both a home delivery option and an on site restaurant with an “open style” preparation kitchen allowing customers to see their authentically prepared thai food being freshly cooked.
